Beginner Yoga Series

 A 6 week program designed to refresh or introduce the basics of a yoga practice. It consists of one class per week. Each week will cover a specific aspect of the practice, with postures and breathing techniques. You can choose to come to any of the beginner classes on the timetable each week. The cost is $75 and includes a complimentary pass to the Yin/Restorative session as well
